Research, discuss and disseminate the media, design, multimedia technologies and the arts in a broad manner in search of professional development, cultural and digital inclusion and improved competitiveness of products and services on the national and international market.

Actions

Creation of a study, research and creation pole that strengthens the use of multimedia, graphic, audio, video, design and image technologies in favor of creativity, change, improvement and dissemination of information, valorization of the national product (human and material) and digital and cultural inclusion. That innovates. That stimulates discussion. That eliminates barriers between ideas and project execution. That exercises the capacity of observation. That mobilizes corporations and governments in search of more creative alternatives in the areas of citizenship, welfare, education and work. That stimulates the senses. That destroys prejudice. That develops the critical sense. That moves. That questions. That breaks through.

Continued Education

  • To be a pole in research, formation and creation in the areas of media, design and arts.
  • Research, discuss and disseminate multimedia culture through activities, courses, lectures, events and other related means.
  • Stimulate the exchange of ideas and the exchange of know-how between professionals from different areas and countries: Latin America, Europe, the United States, Asia, Africa, etc.
  • Participate and promote Brazil in the main discussions related to themes addressed by the Institute: Congresses, Workshops, meetings, etc.

Projects

Idealize, enable and implement projects that integrate the institute's professionals and students and the private sector and/or government and that allow:

  • Analysis of successful social-economic initiatives in the most diverse areas at a worldwide level
  • Carrying out surveys, studies and in-loco interviews
  • Dissemination of material captured and analyzed through workshops, lectures, expositions, TV programs, radio, Internet, etc
  • Improvement of national products, services and processes through the assimilation of gathered material and accumulated experiences.
  • Promote training in domestic companies with the objective of making them more competitive overseas
